This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
HomeServe Cover 8 provides cover for all sorts of issues at home (boiler, plumbing, electrical...). £9.50 per month with £50 excess (£114 per year). It doesn't include an annual boiler service.
There's £84 TCB/£80 Quidco and you receive a £50 Argos Voucher.
If you assume TCB pays out, you're essentially paying £30 for a £50 Argos Voucher even if you value the cover at 0.

Quidco states that you won't get cashback if you take the free service.
My upstairs toilet pipe getting blocked all the time.
First few times they came and jetted it clear but it was happening every few weeks or so.
I got on the phone after third or fourth time and asked them to do a proper repair because it's the same problem every time.
They sent 2 vans and stuck a camera down the drain and found it had collapsed.
Dug up the garden and repaired it.
All was well for a bit then same problem. Called them again and they stuck the camera down again.
This time they found that when the drain collapsed a chunk of clay drain pipe had worked its way down the soil pipe.
He broke it up and flushed it through.
Been a year or so.. No problems.
All for 50p a month!.
I thought it would be rude of me not to renew.
Overall I am extremely pleased with their service.
If they had dropped the camera down on first or second visit it would saved a lot of hassle
You can lose the Argos voucher for a free service, but I'm not too sure if you would still receive the cashback?
Super Scorchio. Now that's a find
Says 14 days?

Hammered :-)
so can i buy it again and get tcb/argos voucher?
Which URL are people getting 404 on? The HomeServe, Quidco and TCB URLs all work for me.
I think some people are slightly missing the point. If you think TCB/Quidco will pay out (97/98% tracking stats), and you want a £50 Argos voucher, you can pay £30 for that voucher.
You can just ignore the fact that you get some cover that you can choose to use or not.
Don't count on the TCB though ...... looks extremely unlikely to pay out judging by the recent reviews on TCB ..... pages and pages of them complaining of not receiving their cashback and this is going back from recent weeks to past few years

I had the same experience. Cashback never paid. Contractor came third time after missing the first 2 appointments and could not fix anything in the boiler. These are complete cowboys in the name of a big company. Avoid them.
SO don't rely on TCB
the "cover 8" policy already includes plumbing and drainage
I didn't get my TCB cashback yet from Homeserve. It's been 8 months. Raised this issue with TCB, who couldn't do much about it.
They failed to turn up, or at least the third party company did, twice. They paid out £90/in compensation. In fairness , possibly the quickest, fairest resolution I've had with a company.
Very best of luck using home serve. !!!
I had exactly the same!
For the £2 a month I did get a repair which would have cost over £600 though!
Majority of Trustpilot reviews are good
Cash back took 18 months to arrive after about a dozen chases. even then I was paid by quidco directly and they took up the fight for cash back with HS.
Cold from me
Suspect they've upped their game recently after the GARGANTUAN fine the FCA hit them with a couple of years ago ...
