How would they do that? Do they have a Google Wall that can stop China exporting tablets? Raise the forceshield those Ice Cream Sandwich tablets are on the move again.

For £99 quid it's brilliant! 3G on Three works well. Case £5 off flea bay.
It can send messages but does not have a dialler so cannot be used as a phone.
Don't believe the reviews, get it mail order and then if you agree it's not that good, return it

Try for yourself. It's not bang up to date specs (But it did update when first turned on). It's £99 quid and presently I am using it more than my 3G 10" Quad core flying Tablet.
Good to know, is it at all laggy? how's the screen, as bad as made out to be?
To be honest it's fine. Only lags when it is installing updates while you are playing a game etc.. Screen not that bad at all. The build quality is very nice and solid. The battery really lasts.
One nice thing is that it uses a Micro USB charger.
cool, I have noticed that almost all android devices lag when updating, annoying as hell. So that sounds normal... I was just asking because I know Lenovo are good. But because of such a negative review it put me off..
I might try it for myself, Thanks for the feedback.
Edit: Found stock in Oxford 50 miles away.
