    You can customise - I usually like a doubler for 80p extra.

    Removing things doesn't cost anything, only adding.

    I can imagine this is to compete with Popeyes £1.99 bacon roll, hash brown & coffee deal.  McDonalds charging £4.89 for a McMuffin meal is insane!

    May consider getting this. I will (normally) refrain from getting breakfast at McD because IMO, it's the worst value thing they have... even with the NHS discount I second guess getting it unless I'm actually proper hungry!

    Don't like their sausage and the bacon is not crispy.However not a bad price with drink included.Used to like their hot chocolate but it has very little milk in it and can't taste the chocolate.

    It does specifically state includes soft drinks and bottled drinks. So I imagine anything fizzy, OJ or water. Possibly also milk.
