Cobbling together a mixture of Nanoreview's comparator and Youtube side-by-sides, take with a pinch of might be wrong
Reasons to go for the Poco
Reasons to go for the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion
I would think the Edge 50 Fusion has much better cameras, as that's not a strong suit of that Poco; also, as the Edge 50 Fusion has a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, it would likely be compatible with and might be improved in some areas against the stock cam app with a Gcam (Google Camera) port. It will be interesting to see how they fare.
I know the Neo could be had recently for £219 at John Lewis (though most places is seems £244).
Having purchased from Motorola direct before I can say they were abject at dealing with an issue. Personally I'd chance waiting on further offers on the Neo 40 (which I did buy and so far so good).
Currently being sold on AliExpress for around £153:

Or if you're not keen on ordering from China can be had for about £220-230 on Amazon and Xiaomi UK's own website.
