sorted bySo is this pro not the flagship and are they defo making the ultra again?
I have the 40 pro from last year and had 9 months of crashes and freezes which they refused to accept. Hundred or thousands of people reported the issue on the Moto forums and they pretty much ignored the issue.
Really bad after sales support.
After android 14 update, the phone now works without crashes, but there are issues with camera focus now which his annoying.
Personally, even though the specs on Moto phones seem good, the software is not working correctly and I would therefore not buy or recommend a Moto phone ever again. (edited)
Current midranges have minimum 3.1 and flagships 4.0, so big no no from me.
So ...whilst I like a clean OS... this one is not for me.
They will not be selling many of theses anytime soon.
This is better multimedia phone.

I don't know if the Indian market model is different from the UK one, I'm assuming it must be given the variance in reviews, but I'd wait until we're past the 'things they'll hopefully sort with firmware phase', keeping in mind that even many of the sucking up 'review' channels have pointed out how terrible Motorola are with software update commitments, and then, if the price has gone down, have another think.
Excuse me venting, I appreciate if you were for some reason planning to get it no matter what and to shell out £600 and had the opportunity to get it for less with perks at work, it's a deal.
