If you fancy this torch on the official olightstore uk, sign up a new account and you can have the torch free you just need to cover postage which is £4.95.

Hopefully that helps someone, just spotted it now.

You should post that as a deal.

Seems expensive for a pound shop brand torch

It would be, if it was. But it isn't, so it's not!

Any recommendation for a good quality torch needed for adventure camping and travel under £100?

Why would you buy this when you have torch on your phone already?

does the torch on your phone output 90 lumens or have a 44 meter distance throw? no, oh well then. (edited)

2 reasons I love this torch and use this all the time

First, it's easy to hold in your mouth
Secondly, it uses a single triple AAA battery

It's so bright for its size and highly recommend this purchase for anyone in a trade or for DIYers

One of those things that I'll probably use once and it goes in a drawer only to find the batteries have leaked after a couple of years.

Not if you put it on your keyring

I have one of these on my keyring, great brightness and just a little larger dimensions than an AAA battery.

The only problem is that the end with the actual LED and lens is the screw on end and if you fully tighten it, the torch is on so you don't fully tighten it, because of that, it will slowly but surely completely loosen and the top and battery will drop out.

This right here. Massive design flaw, which is a shame as otherwise it's great quality.

I bought one of their bike lights (an RN400) last year on offer. Bloody brilliant, best bike light/torch I've ever had for the size of the thing...

The battery in one of these has got stuck in my torch. Any ideas on how to take it out?

Good tweezers or pliers, make a notch with the pliers and give it force.

They do a decent rechargable from this brand but it's more expensive amazon.co.uk/Oli…R4M
