Hi All,

Just seen a decent price on this great projector. These never seem to drop too much but this is the cheapest I've ever seen it! It's lightning deal, so will probably go fast....

List is £500+ but they seem to usually sell for about £450+

Hopefully it will help someone who is in the market for one, save a few quid.

As I am writing this there is about 4 hours left on it.

Good customer reviews.

Cheers

Lightening deal ends 1pm.

    Please, get on this now...

I purchased this last year in the Black Friday sale (when it was still over £400), and have used it constantly since.

...Star Wars Battlefront - looks bloomin' lovely on it...

I bought this in a previous lightening deal , I had the 720p version of this.

This is an excellent projector. I have it showing a 120 inch screen on a plain cream coloured wall (not a screen) and it looks great. 3d works really well without judder as I had on the older one. Colours also work well even when its not completely dark room too.

Would buy it at this price !

Your right, if it does go cheaper i doubt it will drop lower than £350, and whats £30 when i could be enjoying Man City v Liverpool tommorrow on a 120"

We can get a HDMI switch box for around £10-£20 again if not less. That allows you to connect 2 devices to one source (not at same time though)

On the roof? Won't it get wet up there

Bought this last Christmas and have only just got round to setting it up as room was still being sorted. All I can say is, "Wow". This projector is a thing of beauty! Clarity and sound (when hooked up to an AV) is something else! I now have life size footballers running about in my living room! Batman has also made his debut and looks bloody amazing on a 92inch screen. Please buy, you won't be disappointed!

Buy it! I got a refurbished model at this price, it's an amazing projector, the display is good even in daylight, can't fault the 3D. My best purchase of 2015 so far.

Was hoping for a good deal like this to come as I think this is well featured, but went for the BenQ deal earlier this week at £240.
Don't think I could justify an extra £140, bare in mind only going to be used for Fifa and some presentations.

    Good deal though. Heat

Been debating on a projector for some time. How would be best to mount it? From the ceiling? As most people have there sofas opposite the tele? Also how do you "switch feeds" from the tv to using the projector? Thanks in advance

Bracket is a good idea. Means you don have the hassle or risk of moving \ plugging in each time. I've not bothered with a screen.

I never have, this model is much better at 3d that the earlier optoma projectors. Glasses are around £50 official from optoma or generic ones are around £20 from amazon.

At the moment I have a 32" TV, would this benefit picture quality or do I need a bigger TV? I'm new to projectors, sorry.

Mines getting delivered tomorrow, slightly confused about the 3d side of things though. The website seems to suggest there's two types, one that just works and one that requires a transmitter.

Anybody know what you need to make 3d work?

Can anyone make sense of this diagram on Amazon’s description?
