    These recipes are terrible, same as the Mexican "authentic" ones. You will find better recipes on YouTube from Indians and Mexicans cooking their own food. Had a quick look at some of my fave dishes and was like wtf??

    Chicken tikka masala isn't Indian food, nor is oats idli. And frankly, the cuisine between the different parts of the country varies so much that there is no such thing as just "Indian" food unless the region is mentioned.

    Obviously there ate notable regional differences but there is an overall base similarity to 'Indian' food based on not that many fundamental ingredients.

    Which countries would you say don't have regional differences so that you could call your recipe book 'Country Name' Food?
