The new Pokemon sun and moon fan edition still available for preorder. Most places has sold out. Amazon had them back in for preorder today at £45 but sold out within an hour I think

Don't think anyone really knows how HUKD works! What's hot for some people is not necessarily hot for others. Some vote hot if it's the cheapest price at the time. Some vote hot if they think the cheapest price is actually a good price.
And excitement for Switch? Yes, definitely. Certainly more excitement than there was for the WiiU. Admittedly more excitement when Switch is looked at as a portable rather than home console. It will blow the Vita out of the water, let alone the 3DS.
The Pokemon games tend to really hold their price. Especially special editions (even if it is just a tin case). So I'm planning on playing it for a couple months then trade it in when the switch comes out
It appears that the person above stole it; region-switching, while still not completely above-board, is comparatively much more benign.
Possibly Switch excitement?! Personally I'm saving my Pokemon money for the new system.
Generally great, always had them be on time, usually early.
If that's a reason to vote cold then people don't understand how hukd works, also excitement for switch? Really?
Nintendo has released the ban hammer on anyone that has played the pirated version online, Gamefaqs and /v/ have imploded.
Exactly my thoughts lol. Doesn't make much sense
And the ban has already been worked around
This would be the reports of people buying a new 3DS, 'injecting' those details into the banned one, then returning the new one, I guess? Given the implications for the subsequent legitimate purchaser, that#s even worse than just pirating the game. (_;)
Nope not what i did
Ah, but you have stolen the game, then? You must be very pleased with yourself.
Don't be so quick to judge i own the original cart and got banned the same as 100's of others, which once i provided proof of receipt was removed
That still doesn't justify piracy. That aside, you own it how, when the game's not released until next Wednesday?
Not sure how that guy got it but my mate switched his eshop to Australia and bought it the other day
The SteelBook.
No it has not, they can access online features in the game, but they are forever banned from eshop and other online features.
And you need a second 3ds to even think about doing the workaround.
I heard that if you have proof of purchase you can contact Nintendo and get them to un-ban you?
I would hope so, if they didn't I think a lot of people would have a good case taking Nintendo to court (despite probably having terms of service to say they can do what they like)
I can't see any reason why. Access to online services is a privilege, not a right,
Well it's a service that has been paid for, and I did already mention it's probably in the terms that they can do what they like... But I'm not going to get into this argument as IANAL.
Nintendo's online service is free.
