I ordered these on Saturday but messed up ordering the wrong size, a quick and very pleasant phone call to their customer service sorted it, no waiting in queue or robot nonsense, just a lovely lady who amended my order for me. I even got a confirmation email that my order had been amended.
Can't fault the service !

Bought these exact ones just before Xmas to wear at work. Used most days and they have been brilliant. Really comfortable and solid. Proper leather and the sole is really thick and durable. All these weeks later and they've hardly worn down at all, unlike more expensive boots I've bought. Really warm and snug too. Kept my usually cold feet working outside in the winter nice and warm. from personal experience I would suggest a size up if anything, although you might be fine with your actual size. Definitely not a size down though.

Given that these are made in India, and that they do indeed appear to be leather, I am led to concur with an earlier poster that this must be stray dog leather. No matter, hope it was an XL Bully and not a pomeranian.

As it doesn't say then I would say no, the only waterproofing you will get is the same as any leather. You could apply something to them but my experience that is not great in terms of longevity for waterproofing.

Mine arrived in poor condition, I wouldn’t recommend at all. The soles will most likely fall off these pretty quickly. They’re not sewn on just suck poorly and made to look like they’re stitched.

First impressions: not good. I then reminded myself how little I paid and decided to at least try them on. They're too tight. Bah, you can't always win, these are going back (wish me luck!)

Mine have just arrived. Perfect fit and really nice. Only annoyance is that they are fur lined and this wasn't in the picture online., whilst perfect for the winter, maybe not so great for work in the summer

This is the second time I have ordered a pair of boots from this outlet but there won't be a third. The first pair returned because of an incorrectly manufactured insole, making the boots uncomfortable to wear. The latest pair seemed okay until I tried to fasten the laces. What isn't known until you receive the boots is that they have a fluffy lining around the ankle. The D-ring couldn't be fitted correctly because it has to contend with this fluff being in the way when it is compressed. I should be grateful that it failed the first time I tried them on and not a couple of months after using them.
