I ordered 16 rolls for £17 last month and before my order was sent out, they charged me £18 instead of £17. So just a heads up to keep an eye on the price changes. Same happened with wine. I ordered at £26 thinking I have secured myself 6 bottles at an amazing price but they changed my price to £40 so I had to cancel.

Yep. You gotta keep your eye on those underhanded tactics

Blitz better than this one ?

As someone once said on here - "Blitz, the Rolls Royce of kitchen roll". And they aren't wrong. Nothing comes close to Blitz. I have tea towels with less strength and longevity than a Blitz sheet. Cut into 4 it'll still do a better job than most kitchen roll.

How does this compare to Blitz?
    wottodo's avatar
Nothing compares to BLITZ, as one HUKDER beautifully put it ‘ BLITZ the Rolls Royce of Kitchen Rolls’

I wish there were more options to have half sized sheets, it'd be more economical

Just tear it in half - assume you have hands or scissors. That’s what I do.

    Stick it to the man.

You would have wasted a wish.  (edited)

Was about to order but then thought, what do people actually use these for?

Since a few years ago, when the COVID strike I stop buying Kitchen Towel. Instead I am using Old Newspapers as a substitute. In my area there are tons of them are available for free. You do not take some of them, it will just go to the bin or some of them to be recycled. But using Old edition of Newspaper to replace kitchen towels is more environmentally friendly (Reusing /extend its life time it), Unfortunately I still can not use newspaper to replace "Toilet Paper" (edited)

I find that blowing my nose on newspaper leads to ink stains on my snoz

Hmm I sometimes get confused on what I have stocked up on with HUKD. I just checked what I'm using at the moment and it's Blitz. I have no Idea where I bought it from but it wrings out like a dishcloth. I'm pretty sure I've got some Regina in my HUKD barn somewhere!
    Bought anyway.

    £8.50 (edited)

Must admit after using blitz for years I refuse to pay the silly price they have become. These are OK for the standard of paper but I now buy buffalo in BMI for £1 each which are pretty good value.

I found an older pack of XXL Absorb that I bought years ago, it's far superior to the absolute rubbish they make now. The older one is closer to Blitz than it is to the new version!
  32. Bbqueue's avatar
Ordered a couple of packs, cheers!

Single buy is 10£ so I took two of them 😁😁
