Lovely watch, but I have 2 Seiko's already.
One I've had for 21 years with Sapphire glass which has barely a mark on it.
The other I've had for around 2 years with Hardlex glass, which seems to be a magnet for scratches!
I know budget is always a consideration, but I personally avoid watches that aren't protected by sapphire glass.
Still a lovely looking watch IMO.

I have this exact watch. Still wear it to this day. The image most accurate in terms of the colour of the dial is the first one. The rest are over saturated. Got this in 2016 for £65.97 via amazon.

It's a shame that doesn't have normal lugs on it, would have looked good with a brown leather strap.
    I like the dial.

Agreed, integrated bracelet is the deal breaker here

when I bought mine (Datejust)from Goldsmiths, Oxford, new in 1991, I had the option to have the gold type face changed to a blue similar to this free of charge within 12 months. Never did.

I have this exact watch but dropped it and a few of the minute markers came loose.
