Series 13 Lego minifigures are currently £1.69 @ Argos. Not a huge discount (compared 2 the 99p Simpsons ones earlier on in the year anyways), but a few pennies off the normal price.
Unforchinately seems to be a bit hit & miss with stock - only 2 out of the 6 stores near me had stock. Probably get them while they're there. Should help someone out.
