I bought one of these. £43 at the moment but sure I only paid 40. and in white. With built in battery and I tested it, power cuts to under 1W when charged. 20W or so at full power which is pretty breezy. pretty quiet, silent at low speeds but even more quiet if you take the front panel off. and folds away nicely which means i wont be slinging it out every year like i've done in the past with cheap ones.

No sadly not, if you turned off the plug the battery would keep it going,
