I have been using mine daily at work for years, my trick is to heat the food slightly more than normal when using this, so if I microwave something for 3 minutes I'll do 5 minutes for food in the flask because it will be for 7-10 hours later and still warm/hot. But this is kind of extreme usage as most people won't use it for this long.

    Heat.

Same. And use the remnants of boiling water from the morning brew to heat the flask for 10 mins before adding hot food.

Excellent size for lunch. I've had one for 6 months and it's been a game changer.

£14 in Asda if you have the rewards app. Currently has a £3 off £15 spend on household items to get this price.

Wow. These got expensive. I got exactly same one couple years back for 7 quid and I thought it was expensive back then

I have this exact one and whilst I agree they've gone up in price it's a real money saver. My kids take pasta to school in it, we put hot dogs in it for days out and ice lollies in it on beach trips
