sorted byBad enough paying for the coffee (Even an area manager privately told me they thought the prices were high).
We got swindled when they changed the points to beans for getting free coffees, and most offers are rubbish like the recent £3 drink, which doesn't help those who usually spend less than that anyway.
I doubt if other chains are much cheaper, but Costa are annoying with their attitude that they are doing us a favour, when cafes are often dirty due to lack of staff or badly trained staff who don't know how to keep a place tidy.
Sounds great for me.
