Got mine for £199 with mario kart but since bought splatoon, monster hunter, Nintendo land for a tenner each new and super Mario maker and yoshis wooly world for £30. Loving it and haven't turned the ps4 on since.



    I've got a ps3, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. I kept holding off on buying a Wii U for the past year because of all the people saying how it was dead and the price was coming down soon...

    You know what I really wish I'd ignored them because they are utterly wrong. The number of awesome exclusive games easily make this the best console out there, the vast majority of games on PS4 and Xbox One are utterly dull and are shovelware in comparison to the back catalogue for this system.

    Me and my family love the Wii U. There's not a lot of third party, but first party games are excellent. But as some one pointed out, the Nintendo NX could be out the end of the year. I only point this out because it's rumoured the Wii U has stopped production. So I can see this becoming very cheap in the lead up to Christmas. Heat for now though.

    This is straight up wrong is it weaker then PS4 and Xbone yes but it most certainly is not using same tech as PS360 it's a fair step up.

    They actually went up in price in the last 3 months! There was a lull just before and after Xmas.
    If you dont care about labels and want games which are essentially fun and capture the spirit of gaming that Nintendo created, this is a no-brainer. If you want online multiplayer shooters, buy a PS4(3!) or Xbone (360!)

    Hot deal but Argh!!! I purchased a Wii U from Amazon yesterday but got the Mario Kart 8 and Splatoon double pack as it was a tenner less than this but I already own a copy of Mario Kart, could have saved £40!

    And just out of interest, who is giving 3%? TCB and Quidco both offer 1% on hardware.

    It's out the box and set up now and I can't face doing another system transfer and having the hassle as I got this one to replace one I got from a Argos outlet a week ago that worked for 2 days and then had the controller practically die.

    I vote cold on this one. Production has apparently already stopped (Nintendo deny this but they have a record of lying) & still too expensive. Total car crash of a console. They need to give up the gimmicks and get back to what they had pre wii.
    Don't get me wrong id love to play a good 4 or 5 games that are on the system, however if rumours are true then some are gonna get ported over to the nx anyway!
