what exactly are you trying to do?

Android phones have a built in recovery boot loader you can use via ADB to reflash a working Rom or are you trying to recover lost files/images?

I did a factory reset and forgot to put pics, mp3's etc on a usb stick before doing it. Being honest (Uridium) i'm not that phone savi so i wouldn't know where to start.

Google Photos backs up pics automatically, so if it was installed, you should at least have a copy of those.
