Usually there will be either an arrow on each one showing vertical or horizontal direction, hard to see on that photo. Clean it up a bit and you might see it

It's a new door. Problem was after fitters gone and laminate and underlay fitted
If it has only recently started dragging then you might want to look for cracks in the wall

There is a tiny 'hole' that takes the smallest of Allen keys/similar which can adjust the door - although it is up to you whether you want to risk trying to do this. Alternatively check there is nothing under the door that is snagging.
Best thing would be to get the fitters back explaining what has happened and they should, for the sake of goodwill, come back foc.
