Maybe somewhere where this RAM has last sold, and for how much, I can't find it.

ebay has a sold prices function
you search for an item and click "sold" under show only and it shows you recently sold items.
i use this to price computers i sell on gumtree (edited)

    Anywhere between £3 & £15 per stick.

Take your pick or hold on to them for 25 years.

People list things like this for £60 on Ebay but they never get sold at that price

Looking at ebay sold items, you should expect around £3.50 per stick and they all had free postage so pretty worthless

RAM rarely gets sold as a specific model. That is a bit older so it's probably not going to go in many everyday machines but even so, chances are if you've not found any references to it then it's not any more desirable than any other 1GB DDR-400 sticks.

Ebay sold listings for a pair of 1GB DDR-400 sticks seem to be in the £10-20 range, although ebay is often on the more expensive side for secondhand memory.

OK, thanks for your comments, looks like I can get buried with them then, as would never let a matched pair of G. Skill ZX go for those prices.
