free Baby Box @ Amazon (Prime members only)

Like many others I couldn't get the claim offer button to appear despite creating a new list, having a full prime membership (since last nov) and adding the baby box to my list.

If you are having the same issue then follow these instructions ...

login to your amazon account
visit the contact us page (amazon.co.uk/gp/…rue)
for question 1 "What can we help you with" select the "Prime and more" button
For question 2 "Tell us more about your issue" select "Amazon Prime, Family or Student Membership"
For question 3 "Select issue details" select "Other Prime Issues"
You should now see a box labelled "Chat"
(see screenshot here)
Click this to begin the live chat session then paste the following message to get started ...

I had to place the order (at full price £46) and then the customer representative on live chat asked for me order number, I gave it and then she amended my order so that it was £0.

Just got my wife to get a free trial of prime and Amazon family and it worked straight away. So just use a new email adress and start a trial of prime and Amazon family and you should get it.

I've finally done it after 45 mins. Said £46 then £0.00 at the bottom Thank you.

having trouble with this one too. have a baby wish list with this item in it, no claim button though. add item to cart as instructed by live chat and it goes in at £42, then removes item from wish list haha

hopefully this live chat person can sort it out

I just spoke to chat and they said that the claim button isn't showing up for a lot of people. They are working on the technical issues and will email me when it has been sorted.

I was unable to order it (my theory is that it wouldn't work as I'm not the Amazon prime member, but a family member who shares my sister's prime membership)

The first chat person couldn't help. The second chat person said place the order and then he would change the value to £0.00, which is what happened.

Yeah same here, however my live chat dropped out after I placed the order. I had a sweat on, all sorted though after I re contacted them. So, I would suggest contacting them rather than missing out.

Just got mine for free, going to donate some of it as we don't need it :-) I just opened a chat and they told me to place the order as normal but with Baby Box B and then give them the order number, they then reduced the order to zero. They said there was some technical glitch with the offer but they are honouring it :-) Thanks OP!!

I also tried for ages this morning, did everything correctly and eventually had to go through Live Chat. I placed the order and they changed the total to £0.00

It says currently unavailable so how are you meant to buy it?

Search for Baby box in "SEARCH" add it to your basket. Go to live chat and they should ask for the order number, place the order copy and paste the order number into chat box. Then, in the blink of an eye they change £46 into zero. Wow, could you imagine having that power!!!
