Got an email through from Gourmet Burger Kitchen today about all London Marathon finishers getting a free burger and small bottle of Prosecco.

Completing a marathon is one hell of an achievement! If you need even more incentive to go for that medal, we've got a reward waiting for you! We're offering a FREE burger to anyone who finishes the 2014 London Marathon. Just head into any of our UK mainland restaurants wearing your medal & you'll be rewarded with a burger of your choice, on us! You'll even get a mini bottle of Prosecco to help toast your awesome achievement. And if your weary supporters are dining with you, they too will receive a complimentary bottle of Prosecco when they order a main from the menu. Bubbly & celebrations for all.
The offer runs from April 13th - 15th, so feel free to turn up sweaty and in need of a burger fix straight from the race or hobble in a day or two later. You'll need your medal though, so keep it close.

Amount of calories burnt will be the equivelent of at least 5 burgers!
You'll probably burn in excess of 2600 calories lose a lot of salt. I know after my first marathon I craved a Maccy D's something I don't normally go near. To anyone running it, go out and smash it.
