I believe that those pre-paid Royal Mail contracts are meant for … I believe that those pre-paid Royal Mail contracts are meant for customers who adhere to Joules' terms of sale which probably include not misusing a label (which you would be by using a label clearly meant for full priced items to send a sale item.) I could be wrong, but Joules will probably get mightily hacked off.

Get over yourself.
I am not sure why I should pay postage on a sale item compared to full price but if you want to, go ahead.

A bit harsh, I was just pointing out that they probably monitor the postage costs on those 'contracts'.

Chances are they will just take off the delivery cost from your refund amount. A lot of places just take £3 or so from what you should be refunded.
