Help in assembling an aqualux quadrant shower cubicle.

Hi guys we have purchase an aqualux quadrant shower cubicle and are stuck on a few bits on assembly.

The model is shown below on their website and I will call tomorrow, but thought a plumber may know on here.

On the tall side glass panels and doors, where they meet each surface has a long rubber seal attached. The first question is, does this seal come down as far as the clamp at the bottom or over it ? to avoid leakage?

The second question is there is a rubber bung/gasket that goes in the top, do we just push it all the way in ?

I hope this makes sense to someone, other wise well have to pop back to the shop, which is some way away or contact Aqualux when the open,
