bmibaby and Visa Electron

Hi, does anybody know whether bmibaby are having a surcharge for Visa Electron payments.

On their site it says only:

do I get charged for using a debit/credit card?
All bookings and changes made using a credit card are subject to a processing fee of £3.00 per passenger per one way flight. Bookings made using a debit card are subject to a processing fee of £2.00 per passenger per one way flight. There is no charge for payments made using a bmibaby Mastercard credit card.

Does Visa Electron cound as debit card here and hence a charge of £2?

That's not possible without actually making the purchase, at the bottom of the page it tells you the 3 different prices (bmibaby card, debit card, credit card) but not which one you are actually paying.
