My broadband hasn't worked for 5 days - it's with Orange (and the famous Livebox). I've been on and off the phone for a long time and they've not helped. Here's what's happened:
1) net stopped working -called customer service, went through various checks and took around 45 minutes, i had to stop the phone call because of going out.
2) called up and went through other checks with them again - was then told they'll do a line check and i can't use the phone line for 2 hours and will be given an answer by text within 48 hours.
3) got a text within 24 hours saying problem's sorted , but it still didn't work
4)called them again, they said they'd identified the fault at the exchange and will fix by 7pm tonight...
5) guess what....it still doesn't work
I'vv got another 6 months on contract and want to get out of it. the customer service experience was awful (one woman lost her temper with me because i wasn't doing what she said to do, apparently.)
Do you know if I'm within my rights to cancel this?
