I have a female Hermann's tortoise She was an 06 hatchling, however she was named Bob before I could tell with any degree of confidence that she was in fact, female. But yes, Bob's terrific, they make great pets. And also, the website linked before, shelledwarriors. It's a pretty excellent source of info.
