XBOX 360 bundle - is this good value?

Hi

I saw the following undle last week for £179.99
Is this good value?

XBox 360 60GB
Tomb Raider Underworld
Kung Fu Panda
Lego Indiana Jones
Select 1 game from: (Halo3, Mass Effect, PGR4, Gear1, Crackdown)
2 wireless controllers
