TERMS

1. This voucher entitles the recipient to 40% off their main meals only when they spend a minimum of £30 on food from the main restaurant menu or Sunday Roast menu only.
2. Breakfast, Kids menu, Daytime Value/Lunchtime menu, 2 mains for £12.99, Evening set menu, Premier Inn Meal Deal and all other set menus are excluded. Drinks will be charged at full price.
3. This offer is available every day between Monday 15th April to Sunday 2nd June 2024 inclusive.
4. The code can only be used once and must be shown to redeem the offer. There is no maximum party size, but only one voucher code may be redeemed per party.
5. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable, must not be reproduced, copied or varied and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or vouchers including the Whitbread Privilege card but can be used in conjunction with loyalty points-based vouchers only (but not loyalty Celebratory offers)
6. All rights (including copyright) remain with the promoter who reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time and without prior notice. The decision of the manager is final.

Really does depend where you are, our local one we've always had good food but my wife travels with job and has had terrible food at some. Sounds like poor management at the one you visited though.

If takeaways are your thing, I tend to go to the newly opened places as the chefs have a bit more umph then the grind that usually sets in some months down the line

I used to go to them alot but over the years they started going down hill...the last thing that kept me with them were their spare ribs and suddenly no warning they started putting all kind of spice on them, I couldn't eat them and I've not been back since!!! Two of my friends noticed the same thing with the ribs on different visits and like me they were done with them. (edited)

We had one of these and used it at Plymouth Marsh Mills. Food was rubbish and wasn't worth even the 60% we paid. Very slow service too. Won't be returning

I went last year and had a Halloumi burger. Although it was nice, it was the smallest roll ive seen, a handful of chips, and half the plate was empty Very strange

I have one locally (Shirley, Solihull) and have eaten there a few tines. I swear it's the worst pub food out there, even with the offers and loyalty bonuses I wouldn't go back.

Local beefeater is a disaster. Wouldn't go back for 90% off. Terrible food and even worse service. Avoid at all costs

I regularly visit both Paignton & Torquay restaurants and have always had a good experience, great service . I have the loyalty card and seem to always have enough points for free starters or bottle of wine. BLC also gets 25% discount on mains if not using another offer code (edited)

They are hit and miss for example there are two near Newport one is quite good the other is very poor.

last year, been chessington beefeater, the waiter using the dirty cloth to clean the table and hand it the five set of cutlery without hand( direct contact by hand), it endup I suffered Norovirus for 4 days. No thanks their voucher even free.
