By advertising their beauty products as having ‘The Lynx Effect’, Lynx has established itself as a young and fun product. Body sprays are designed to provide an uplifting fragrance, you can apply it to your neck and chest when you want to feel fresh. Sprays are much lighter than aftershaves or eau de toilettes in terms of longevity and strength. Body spray scents are very mild and will usually begin to evaporate after an hour or so, as they contain less perfume. They are also cheaper than more potent fragrances.
However, body sprays do not contain any deodorising or antiperspirant properties, so in order to smell good and remain dry throughout the day, you’ll need both products. If you happen to be somebody sweats a lot, don’t make the mistake of thinking body spray is enough.

Aftershaves come in the form of a gel or lotion, and although they are perfumed, they also serve a number of other functions. Lynx uses castor oil to smooth the skin and alcohol to guard against infection in their Africa aftershave.
Eau de toilette it is not designed to cool or soothe skin but provides a longer lasting fragrance and is usually more expensive. If you want a day-long scent that doesn’t need to be reapplied, then it’s better to go for an eau de toilette.

Don’t throw away the box your product came in, use it to keep the bottle upright and away from daylight.
If the box becomes damaged, you can store the bottle upright in a drawer so it’s not exposed to light.
Most of us store fragrance in the bathroom where it’s handy to reach, but the temperature fluctuations there could cause it to deteriorate. Avoid keeping them in your car for the same reason.
Only open the bottle when you intend to use the fragrance, and seal the lid again immediately.
