No problem, anything else fire away (y)

Thankyou for answering literally every question I had (y)

The dark zones are unlocked via story progression field research missions (these misisons are PvE only to get you used to how the DZs work) and once complete become PvPvE as per div1. There is 3 smaller DZs compared to div1, 2 are normalised where stats are either reduced or boosted to make it a more balanced PvP experience and 1 is not normalised (known as Occupied) so you go in with your complete build. The Occupied DZ rotates with the other 2 so it's never fixed in 1 dz only for the non normalisation.

IMO the game was 'complete' at launch minus the raid which has since released. Next week is the release of title update 5 which completely revamps the skills as they haven't been that viable compared to a full DPS build in terms of effeciency for completing content. Next week is also the first (of 3)episode release (7 days later for non season pass owners), which consists of 2 new story missions in a new locations and a new PvE experience known as Expiditions. Crafting is also being reworked to drop max gear score items once you're in world tier 5, whereas currently they haven't so crafting has been pretty pointless. I'm reaching around the 500 hours mark since release and still having a blast, really looking forward to the skill power changes and new content next week. I'm still finding various pieces of loot to improve my builds and raiding afew times a week to finish off the raid gear sets and net my first Eagle Bearer (deadly assault rifle exotic that's only available from the raid). There's been a lot of complaints regarding the loot drops in the game as other than the raid there is no other activities that drops specific loot (except acouple of exotics where certain missions have to be farmed), so if you needed a particular backpack with certain attributes there's no guarantee of where to find it so you could be lucky and find it in a random chest in the open world or complete heroic missions and still not get it. PvP isn't in a great place, there's been some minor tweaks and dark zone changes but it's still abit of a crap show. Redstorm are currently working on this so hopefully by title update 6 there will be news on this. Balancing is being handled separate this time from PvE and PvP to minimise any builds getting trashed in PvE for the sake of PvP and vicer versa.

Are all areas open, no content restrictions like Dark Zone?

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 Limited Amazon Edition (Exclusive to (PS4/XB1) - £22.99

The first responders pack is a skin for character and gun. And the defenders pack looks like a character skin and shotgun.
Get dealGet deal

Why? Theres no season pass.

Slightly cheaper at Base, minus the skins:

Doesn't the season pass that comes with gold just give a week or two early access to new content? Seems like it's entirely optional, if so.

That's worth a posting a deal for itself!

Only available for xbox.

Tom Clancys The Division 2 GOLD (Xbox One) £29.99 @ Amazon Prime Excl

I think the Gold is worth it just to get the new specializations immediatly when they're made available. The grind to get them without Gold is a pain.

Nope, first Division had DLC specific game modes, Division 2’s Gold Edition has some cosmetics and boosters (skip the grinding for the extra specialisations), and 7 day early access to the actual content but will be available for everyone. Pretty much universally said online to not bother with the gold since it’s not worth the price.

Yeah so nothing spectacular really...

Enhance your Tom Clancy's The Division® 2 experience with the Year 1 Pass! The Year 1 Pass includes: • 7-day early access to all Year 1 Episodes • Instant unlock of all Year 1 Specializations as they release • 8 exclusive narrative missions "Classified Assignments: the Fall of D.C." • A VIP status during Year 1, including additional bounties, projects and more. • 1 exclusive outfit & 1 exclusive emote

Nope, think gold stuff is free for non gold versions too, just get it a little earlier.

Cracking game. Really solid all round are top notch and shooting feels tight and responsive. Level design also varied

Great game for that price. Good fun to play and plenty of content

It will be on the Ubisoft subscription service when it arrives (September, I believe) so you can either get it as part of that or it will go right down in price due to this if you want to buy outright.

Sony no longer support full game codes to retail anymore, you can only buy digital full games from their store .

Look it is late, and frankly if that is what you think is a valid response after reading my comment I shouldn't really be dignifying this with a response (but here we go anyway). My whole point is saying Ubi are being immoral and anti-consumer, and yes I understand Ubi want to make money (why do you think is the main purpose of a business is?). That is why, unless it is the best thing since sliced bread, this 'game' is a bad move for everyone including Ubisoft. The fact that this game is even in development is proof that Ubi doesn't have a moral compass,it is so obvious and simple to see that I didn't think I would have to spell it out for anyone but alas, here I am at 1:48.

Plot twist. Ubisoft don't care. They want to make money, just like everyone else. These businesses don't have a moral compass.

Well it is a joke but OK...

It's lucky Tom Clancy is dead. They've turned RB6 into a Cosplay wahmen fest

I enjoyed the online test few weeks back will pick up closer to the time and most likely the gold edition. I think it’s a bit early for me to preorder. I enjoyed wild lands a lot heat from me cheaper than uplay but that doesn’t take much (lol)

Yeah, quite a few of them. I won't pay more than £20 for any of them though.

You have played PC games in the recent years, right? ;)

Best deal for this game so far so i give it 🔥. Dissapointed with gameplay vids so far tho, i was hoping for it to be less arcadey

No PC game should cost 38 quid and especially not from a grey market seller.

hypothetical scenario here :) should someone have a Division 2 code to sell where would be best (not ebay or gumtree)

Should I really get it? Had a blast playing Division 1 but in the end, didn’t had that much time to invest in grinding to get best gear, build etc. Loads of my friends play Division 2 but I would imagine they are miles ahead of me, meaning before I get there, they will probably stop playing it by then:) Ah, well, there is always rest of the world to play with and meet some new ppl!:)

OK, let me think your post through... So you have decided to buy the game, minutes later you have had a code for download. I don’t know how slow your net is but I am pretty sure you will have the game within 24 hrs:) Going traditional way and physical copy route, you would get the same game within 24hrs only if with Amazon Prime for a £40 or within 1-2hrs if with Prime Now for £40.99 (but assuming your net is slow you don’t live in area that provides quick anything unless you on slow broadband deal!:) So... what are you actually complaining about? The fact you are too tight to get decent broadband or what? Surely not the price of the game!:) If I decided to download the game now, I would have it installed on my Xbox (via Xbox App from my mobile) by the time I finish work and get back home at 6-ish!:) And would be very happy to pay that price! Defo would not pay double the price to get physical copy within 2hrs from prime/24hrs from Amazon!;)

About halfway through downloading. No wonder I don't usually buy digital (annoyed)

What's the betting this will be the stand out game that's included in Ubisoft vault service as a real way to entice people to subscribe.
