UMC are an OEM manufacturer for various brands including Blaupunkt I see at the moment. umc-slovakia.sk/com…kt/
I know they also make one of the brands Makro sells, but can't recall the name at the moment....
Chances are it will be an older model, but even so - for £65?......
Bargain deal - BTW can't see why anyone thinks they would need HD on a set this size????

you can use it as a PC monitor via HDMI or VGA but it won't be the best as the refresh rate will be bad seeing as it is a TV. For general use and seeing as it is a good price for an all in one, it will be fine. I wouldn't recommend for gaming or anything like that though.

No, but come round my house and we can come to some arrangement.
Where's your cam slot dare I ask?
You could be right, but hopefully not! Tesco have 12 TV's on sale in a sport promotion at the moment with some of them at very low prices not too dissimilar to this.
There are two other special offers on the TV, one where you can get an Omnimount TV bracket for half price and another where you can get a Tesco TV bracket for £5. When you click on the special offer it doesn't take you to the special offers which is a bit strange. If you search the TV brackets manually you find that the Tesco TV bracket is out of stock so you can't add it to the basket. The Omnimount TV bracket is in stock though but when you add it to the basket and go to the checkout the half price discount shows up but isn't activated properly and it only deducts 30% off the price of the bracket.

Same here. Ordered at about the same time aswell.
Edit: Tesco website now shows as dispatched with tracking number. Before the change it just said 'Created', if that gives anyone still waiting hope!

Plus it's LCD Not LED - big difference
Now they have confirmed they have enough stock therefore people can order.
I mentioned to the girl on the phone that I am no longer able to use the £10 off code because it was for first time buyers and she is refunding me the £10 on my new order.
Got to be honest, Tesco for once have been very helpful.

F you tesco
Looks like a nice little package for £65
Thanks again to NUMBER8GAMESTER for posting the deal
Yes
Apparently they are now using a marketplace in conjunction with several other companies (can't remember the name), and have split the stock 70/30 in favour of that. When the picker spots an item can't be taken it triggers the cancellation. Someone who actually has 2 brain cells to rub together realises that they are losing sales because of this, and releases stock back to Tesco themselves. This happens several times a day, hence the cancellations followed by new stock. Apparently they have invested millions of pounds in this, yet the net result is angry people at the instore collection desks.
Anyway, just got mine and its only 21.5". I was robbed!
EDIT: It also says side lit, not backlit. I didn't expect a backlit TV for this price anyway, but just shows again that Tesco don't really have a clue about what they sell as it clearly says backlit on the site.

Yes. I had the same and rang Yodel. they confirmed "delivered to customer" did mean the store.
I can confirm the box says "1080P" and "HD Ready" but I'm sure that's referring to the fact it doesn't have Freeview HD.
I've plugged my laptop into it and the sound is 10x better than my laptop, despite what some are saying about sound quality. The pixels are not distorted so it's perfect for what I need it for.
Also, I happened to have a TV cable near the desk where our laptop normally goes, and plugged it in out of curiosity and it picked up a load of Freeview channels, which is surprising since the cable looks battered!
All in all, I'm very pleased with this purchase - thanks for sharing, OP!
