sorted byThere are multiple display options including full screen, you can rotate the screen also to vertical for the shooters like 1943 and stand the screen on it side, nice way to play with the screen filters on
£11.99 for each pack or £29.99 for all 3, I'm just updating the OP
Downloading it now... (edited)
Stupid prices. Just played 1943... Screen is tiny 8n handheld mode. Most the screen taken up with the cabinet. Enjoyable game but not paying anything for that so good job it's free. If all the other games look thay small I wouldn't buy anything for it.
Some of the display options:

You can change the display settings to fit full screen.
I'm only saying this from my experience with the Street Fighter collection that is on switch - SFII (and most other games) are VERY VERY hard against the computer player. The game reads your inputs and always knows what you're going to do next, also computer players don't have to 'charge' attacks, like Blanka can just cannonball you from walking forward which any non CPU cannot do! Even on the easiest difficulty settings (I don't even think the difficulty settings work on the game, I certainly saw no difference). You need to put in a lot of time to get even remotely good at it. Maybe they'll address this in these ports?
Good deal and voted hot on that basis but just make sure you know what you might be walking into! There'll be no 'handholding' on a lot of these games and they may be slightly frustrating to say the least!
Cos we're on HotUKDeals not HotUKSteals (edited)
Think that's just the UK web site not updating yet, if you haven't already, get them from the console.
Was a slightly botched launch by Capcom unfortunately
So from the console, find Capcom Arcade Stadium, download that, on the same page scroll down to Ghosts n Goblins and download that also.
The game 1943 is already included free
I love modern games but still so many great “old” games.

a quid a game is stupid prices?? seriously?
Streetfighter collection on switch apparently came with difficulty adjust too, but I'm convinced it was just a dummy input because it doesn't seem to reduce the difficulty much! Goodness knows what putting it to the hardest setting would do - GOD mode I think!
Maybe with rewind, speed and difficulty level adjustment I might finish Ghosts & Goblins for the first time ever! Even on home console that game was as tough as nails. Although having just recently finished Super Ghouls & Ghosts on SNES maybe now's the time!
It looks like US is around £1 cheaper for each pack and around £1 cheaper for the set of 3.
UK looks like it's the cheapest EU region
cheers!
That was part of my point. It could *and arguably* IMO should be once package, and a cart option would be nice. Its a bit of shame the amount of average games that have pointless tat too... these retro collections like Sega, Namco, Capcom should have some decent tat and collectability attached to them. That's just me though.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Disappointing to see Capcom still haven't added the side scrolling Aliens vs Predator beat em up to any of their collections yet. That would be a day one purchase for me.
Push the right analogue in
It's Capcom who make the decisions here
Mame isn't always a great emulation experience. And with nostalgia, that means everything.
Nintendo doesn't always make smart decisions but it isn't smart to call Nintendo dumb for Capcom pricing decisions (Even though it's ultra cool to blame Nintendo for third party pricing decisions) (edited)
