A-n-d-y if you go with the Boots Xbox you get to save £70ish in total. Together with the Amazon £70 you'll have saved up (as it were) £140!

As for the PS3 it's scheduled to launch in the UK at the end of Feb or early March with a rumoured price of £400ish and upwards. I would say that as a minimum, 400 sounds about right considering Americans are paying about 600USD (not including american sales tax) for the basic model.

(Note: don't bother converting 600USD to GBP and thinking the resulting number is the price we will paying. Add 17.5% VAT to it and a few more % and you'll be closer).
