I am not sure they will use credit from your account, a separate direct debit for it, I know google music doesn't use google play credit.

Just as an fyi - if your buying this as a gift for someone it clearly shows on the email they get that there was a 20% discount. Nice one PayPal, show your loved ones that you were too cheap to buy a full price one.

I can't find anyone else talking about that online, but that does seem really lame of Google if true. This article mentions they allow the use of it for All Access, so maybe it was recently changed? I don't imagine Apple would stop people from using gift cards to pay for it.

I really hope you are right about this, it would make a huge difference, looking to get the family bundle and share it out with a few mates.

    Lets see.

Just tried to purchase a £15 voucher and ended up getting an error message at the final stage where it was confirming payment. The message seemed to suggest there was a problem with the site and not my payment method.

    Anyone else had this problem?

You may need to have a bank account or credit card attached to the PP account (which you probably do). I've previously attempted to get this deal on US PP for the US iTunes store (for better pricing) and get an unhelpful error.

Interestingly I just received my monthly iCloud invoice and the price comes off my store credit which is from the last time I filled up via this PP deal. Maybe Apple Music will deduct from any available balance after all (but I'm guessing the account may still need a credit card to provide residency).

I got it on the second attempt. First time round I was trying to send it as a gift, but to my own email address which is linked to the paypal account. Idea being was that I could print the email out and hand to my friend as a gift.

This time round I just selected it for myself and worked. I guess I will need to edit the email before printing it for him.

Stocking up in time for Apple music, Expected to be the same price as Spotify but with a 3 month trial and with this - 20% off!

P.S. I'm pretty sure you can use it for Apple Music. You can use it for iTunes Match which is their current premium music subscription so I'd be VERY surprised if you couldn't with this.

Would like to do the same, just get a £100 card for £80 and over a years subscription sorted (with the free 3 months). Just got £95 top cashback payout so good times for me. But no details out there suggesting itunes cards will be valid so abit of a gamble?

I give up... Been trying since yesterday for this. Tried with 4 different browsers, 3 computers, 3 payment methods and still getting the same stupid error message.
