Pity they use EE. Absolutely zero signal anywhere near my house. Get decent Vodafone and O2 coverage.

Didn't get the quidco when I did it - still decent deal though

It didn't even claim to see the transaction so couldn't pursue a claim - under clicked through from quidco but then logged into myBT - so just a warning I suspect this may have been where I went wrong

Thanks - Quidco is worth a try, but as long as I get the BT voucher it works out at £3/pm so I'll be happy.

    Thanks Uridium

Did you need to initialise this in a phone first of all, or just stick it straight in the car's sim slot ?

The last two sims I got from BT they would not send the Amazon card. I applied but they said I did not. On the last sim I copied the screen on all stages of the claim. They have now given in and sent me the gift card for the second claim, although it appears their system says I didn't apply.
If you claim the Amazon card do take screen copies to back up your claim!

Decent deal, just not as good as their black Friday deal which was roughly the same but with 3gb data.

Thought they are an MVNO with another provider? They haven't yet fully integrated with EE, have they?

This is going to sound an odd question, but would this work as a data connection in a car (Land Rover)?

Was looking for a cheap data connection and tethering with my phone works when you remember to connect before setting off, which invariably I forget every time...

Apologies. BT mobile operates as an MVNO on the EE network.

That's bizarre , on EE I could not even get a signal anywhere in the house , or part way down the road . The signal usually came when we walked approx. 100m down the road !
I'm now on BT and the signal is superb anywhere in the house and outside , just like O2 and Vodafone which both work well for us.
I cannot understand it , EE has either expanded its coverage or BT uses another network to get the coverage.

You have to wait 14 days after activation of sim to claim then wait up to 45 days for the voucher to turn up.... I'm still waiting for mine and quidco (which tracked), I'm patient though!

It's not 4GB and it's not £13, so I went for Quidco instead. Fingers crossed...

Had to think long and hard about how to answer that one.
Thought it may of been a trick question but I give up and yes I did claim it and wait the 45 days.
