About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
As said in the title! Buy a Sony 40" and upwards size TV from Amazon and you get £45 off a Sony Blu ray player. Just add both to your basket and the promotion will show just before you pay. So after you claim the £100 back from Sony, it's only £396.79 for a 40" Sony TV and a quality Sony blu ray player. If you want another size Sony TV, there are other promotions with blu ray players or a media player too.
OK, i forgot to add when you do pay at checkout it will be £496.79, but after cashback from Sony it's only £396.79, which is a total bargain!

thanks, but £449 is wrong thats just for the tv....with the blu ray player its £496.79.
Ta its late! Still a good price
Should be anywhere a standard Visa card can be taken.
This. It's an amazing TV and full of features.
I was just comparing this TV to Samsung LE40D580, for a friend, to help him decide which one to go for, and in the end i chose this one!!!
and for an offer like this to crop up the next day.....freaky!!
heated, and will be highly recommending this to my friend :-p
Can't see to get a bluray added for £45 and where is the cashback mentioned?
Also, what are the comments re a visa pre-pay card?????
EDIT. DOH - just noticed discount applied at 'Confirm Order' page. And also that the cashback is via pre-paid card. Note to self - read EVERYTHING on a page before engaging reply on this forum. Sorry folks.

I can't find the deal either. Must have finished?
The Visa pre-paid card is the way in which Sony give you the 100 pounds cashback. You can use it anywhere, until it's 'empty', as far as I understand it.
The offer is still on - you do not see the discount until right at the end of the process - a bit disconcerting but it is right at the end - the "Confirm" stage.
Just ordered - thanks OP!
About four weeks I think
This would mean a total of £595.79 less the £100 cashback.
I wonder if you can also then claim the £50 cashback from Sony that they are giving on the PVR,
at the same time as the £100 for the tv?
Which would give a net cost of £445.79 I think?
Cheers for that.
So it's an extra £100 on top of the cost of the tv for the Sony PVR,
or should I go for the Humax Fox T2 refurb for £199?
Thanks realblender. Wouldn't have known!
Then looks like you can claim, the 2 harry potter films and £100 cashback(via visa)

Does this work or do they remove all the discount if the item is returned?
Many thanks

I don't know, I've not returned it yet, but I'll post to let you know if it works out that way.
