sorted byIt's not even that. There is no real point buying a new game for £40. You'd have to be crazy to pay that much for a title. Very few keep hold of their value and hence everyone waits until their favourite games go below £15 (which happens within two months of a release nowadays). Bioshock Infinite even with strong sales will plummet imo.
I'm not complaining though, it's a great market for the consumer.
Now that I've finished laughing, I can give you the answer - no.
You'll do well to get it by next weekend!
See crysis3s.com/ for current online players.
A lot of playlists have 0 players in, with TDM usually rocking 400-600 on Xbox/PS3.
Heat added.
Far from ending, they will be making PS3 consoles and games for a while yet. I think a lot of peeps were saving their cash for Bioshock Infinite as this got mixed reviews
You're not wrong, it'll be £20 in four weeks. £12.99 - £15 in eight.
For example from my own personal experience my Saved Game corrupted after Level 5 of 7 and couldn't be recovered and there is also a bug known as the Supersoldier Glitch, which prevents people from unlocking the Achievement Trophy for completing the Story on the highest difficuly.
Sold this and Tomb Raider them yesterday for £27 each..
Great deal while it lasted.
It's just not worth buying games at launch these days unless it really a must have title. Bioshock infinite was selling for £29.99 at launch before even TCB is taken into account and will probably be £10 less before the end of April.
Agreed, something has got to give. Shame the industry seems to think it's single-player games' fault. and not their gross over-estimating of projected sales. 5 Million for Dead Space 3 was always f'ing ludicrous, it never stood a chance. I don't know what 2K are expecting for Infinite or indeed what EA wanted for Crysis 3 (although with it being EA I'd guess in the 3 Mil+ region) But they need to realise that not everything can do COD numbers.
Not from the postman tho, some bloke in a car got his kid to run it to my letterbox lol
