I've ordered a few games recently from Tesco Direct, Deus Ex being the latest and all have come delivered on release day or a day before.

​use FIFA5 and you'll get £5 off. They have preorder price guarantee and not charged until they fulfill order from what my confirmation says. Also PRE5 can be used multiple times on other games, but you need to order separately to get it. If you do a group order only works on one pre order.
