About this deal

How do you make Fullgreen's easy and nutritious Riced Cauliflower even more super? Easy, you fill it with TWO 'superfoods': broccoli AND cauliflower. Fullgreen’s ready-to-eat Riced Broccoli with Cauliflower is naturally lower in calories and has 89% fewer carbs than white rice. Broccoli provides subtle flavor plus a host of vitamins, minerals and folic acid to your favorite riced cauliflower. Each pouch is filled with antioxidant-rich, Non-GMO vegetables and nothing else: no preservatives, no additives and no salt. We don't dry or freeze our veg, like other brands do. We just wash it, chop it and steam it. As well as being a great low-carb rice-alternative, our Riced Broccoli with Cauliflower works perfectly in a grain-free 'couscous' salad, or even as the base for veggie burgers.

  • Shelf-Stable without any Preservatives: Our products are shelf-stable with absolutely No Preservatives. So handy, you can keep it in your kitchen cupboard for up to 12 months.
  • 87% Lower in Carbs Than Rice: Each pack contains just 8g of carbs & 50 calories so is one of the lowest carb rice alternatives you can find.
  • Plant Based / Vegan: Our products are made from 100% Non-GMO riced veggies, and are Plant-based & Vegan certified. Each pack contains 2 servings of veg.
  • Keto & Paleo-friendly: Fullgreen Riced Cauliflower & Riced Broccoli Products have 6g of carbs per pack (consisting of 6g Dietary Fibre) and is 100% Grain-Free - so it is perfectly suitable to Keto & Paleo diets.
  • Gluten-free: All our products are Gluten-free so they are a great carb alternative for people diagnosed with coeliac disease and those with gluten intolerances.

I'm not a fussy eater but I found these extremely unpleasant. Haven't voted either way

How are these made shelf stable with no preservatives or salt etc?
I always wondered this about baby food pouches as well.

Sterilised using heat to kill any organisms and the packets are sealed so nothing can get in.

if you get these i'd recommend heating them in a pan out of the packet not in the microwave in the packert as that makes it taste very plasticy to me.

I'll never understand why people subject themselves to stuff like this when dieting. Unless you've got a very specific dietary need that prevents you from eating rice, just eat rice.

You can still eat 3 meals a day with a couple snacks and still lose weight without even needing to exercise. Don't underestimate how much energy you body needs just to complete 1 day.

    Do still exercise though

    Agreed.

I've lost a stone this month and am not doing anything special. Calories in and calories out is all that matters.

Can't stand rice though and would rather have this haha.

These smell and taste truly disgusting. I tried with a couple of friends - none of us fussy eaters - and we all had to throw it away!
