    If you follow the instructions, its quite easy to get CB - I have done it many times in the past without problems - maybe I am just lucky.

    I've read some poor reviews on this phone. Its a real shame as I was looking forward to this coming out and being a Virgin media customer was looking forward to a deal on this hand set. Think I'll stick with my cheap Nokia and O2 simplicity contract for now.

    You are joking Virgin have the hd2 for £25 month OK £70 for phone but 2 months free for virgin media customers, that is a bargain
