    sorta similar? it's a 4c/8t part while the 5600 is 6/12. the 12100f is faster in most single threaded applications and as such typically but not always gaming as i recall, 12th gen generally had the performance advantage, but the 5600 will perform better in multicore tasks and potentially heavily threaded games.
