About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
Not a lease - a cash deal!
Hyundai i30 SE 1.6 Diesel Bluedrive, including various metallic/pearlescent paint options (usually £500 or so), and 3 years free servicing for over £8000 off of RRP.
There is an automatic version available too, which is more expensive but a bigger saving.
There are PCP options available should that be your preference. We did a PCP over 4 years, with £250 deposit and £1500 part-ex, with 8000 miles p/a (Adding more doesn't bump the price up much) for £129 p/m which isn't at all bad for a car this size.
The car is also VED-free. 5 years warranty, and as I said already 3 years free servicing.
Air Conditioning, Bluetooth, Cruise Control, Stop/Start, Variable steering, parking sensors (rear) leather steering wheel with controls, excellent MPG, pretty nippy, suprisingly spacious inside. We picked ours up yesterday (in black) and I'm very impressed with it.
The dealer is Rockar who are primarily online and have a showroom in Bluewater shopping centre. Collection is free, but I think there are driven deliverty options for a price. This is the second car I've bought from them this year and I think they are a really superb dealer.
I think it's for cars bought until the end of September.
To clarify a couple of points from questions in the thread:
If you pay cash, there is no annual limit or anything because you bought it outright. The annual mileage and deposit etc is only relevant if you do take their PCP (provided by Hyundai Finance). Sorry if I didn't make that clear. I did mine my PCP but you can pay cash and drive away (And probably sell it at a profit!)
The part-ex works by you entering the details on their website and they give you a valuation. You can adjust for the condition and mileage etc. I did email them to clarify a couple of points on my own part-ex. The car is then assessed on collection (not a we buy any car.com type assesement where they knock you down on every little speck of dust). For me personally the £1500 part-ex was what they gave me. WBAC.com said £1600 then knocked down to £700 when I went there (thought I'd give it a go). Rockar did not knock it down at all and agreed with the condition I'd selected.
Also these are brand new and NOT pre-reg.
We got ours in black and the lead time was only 7 days, but other colours were longer, and I can't guarantee that the 7 days for black will remain.
I'm not sure if the servicing is provided by Rockar specifically or by Hyundai. I suspect Rockar but someone would need to ask them (I'm not going to). If you are not close to Bluewater that could be a problem. For me it's not an issue.
Rockar are a great dealer. No pushy smarmy salesmen. Just nice, friendly "Rockar Angels". It's a nice refreshing way to buy a car in my opinion.

sorted byagree. diesel is not for city driving

I'm always amused that people who have problems with a particular make of car then go on to buy again...once bitten twice shy...3 times shy in your case...you must have found something you liked.
They will ether be pre DPF models, or newer models and the driver may have removed the DPF.
The DPF needs to get above a certain RPM range and hold it above there for the regeneration to take place, failure for the regeneration to take place blocks the DPF with soot and at the same time diesel can get into the sump and raise the oil level to dangerous levels then next thing you know you have a runaway diesel.
Do some reading up about DPF's if your still curious about using diesels for short journeys/ in the city.

You own it at the start, by paying upfront.
Bought three.

the only one like this is just under £13k now, looks like hukd mania has struck again!
Break out the oven gloves.
Three cheers for good old Neil !
Exactly, this is a hot deal for some one that does the miles, otherwise it's going to cost them more in the long run quite possibly.
I've had three Hyundai's and not a single problem in six years
JD Power & Associates say Hyundai cars are good for reliability.
How do you explain use of diesel taxis in cities? It seems that the deciding factor is cost above health, “In the last 15 years we’ve seen dieselisation of the car fleet, switching from under 10 percent of the market to more than half,” Matthew Pencharz, the mayor of London's senior environment advisor, told us in May this year. “But diesel has exacerbated greatly the air quality problem in London.” from telegraph.co.uk/mot…tml

Has there been a typo and really put up £2.5k deposit or more?
Well he did say they were cheap and great to drive. He's allowed to be irritated that they keep developing faults for him.
be sorry to see it go when we upgrade next month
that's a bit of a steal of a price that is
Diesel + very low miles = clogged up engine = bang.
yes you right for 30 min i try to decide which one is good for me the offer expired im too upset !

Congrats to those who got themselves a nice new car!
Glad you guys got your cars. My wife is delighted with hers and I have to agree, it's a really nice car.
Thanks NeilHD. You saved me a bunch of money!
Had a drive last night.Pretty nippy and very comfortable. Good cornering, just point at the corner and it does it. Good stability too. I had the steering in sport. Car feels solid and I love it. All the electronics work well (didnt try the voice command though! :)). Spacious inside.. neat boot and a good spare wheel.
3 years free servicing from any Hyundai agent
5 years free break down cover
5 years free warranty
I got the car in white and i think it looks great! Ill post a pic later.
It really was a tremendous deal. I'm not sure if I've saved you money or cost you ten grand though!
