I was going to order the G27 wheel on the Play deal but glad I did'nt. Going to use this route instead, straight from Logitech for £199.20 ,that's my crimble sorted.Thankyou

looks like they got hammered on the last deal as this deal just isnt as good...but cantycomplain as managed to order 4 of them at 175 edach for me and my mates.....so all good.....game ordered too...just need a stand for this now...what are you guys thinking of getting for it?

Just so people are aware.. I have this and GT5 and its not fully supported in the game.. Most buttons do not work however the shifter, paddles and pedals are all fine..

No adjustment of feedback etc....

However it is very good!!!!!

I was given a 50% discount code by Logitech for troubles with previous orders and they cancelled my order 3 times that I tried to order the G27 in the past week.

Why issue a voucher if they won't honour it?

because their T&C's clearly states:

Logitech.com reserves the right to exclude certain products from the promotional voucher

... and a large discount on a G27 is probably a hit for them they are not prepared to take.

Just got the 20% voucher and bought a G27 but they're currently out of stock. I suppose that expires the deal and theres no mention of when more will be in stock.

Anyone had to wait ages for logitech to get some stock before? Might end up cancelling if it's gonna take months.

If you couldn't stomach the cost of the G25/G27 (like myself!) the Logitech Driving Force GT is a VERY good alternative for a relatively cheap £80

It has a very similar feeling wheel to the G25 (not tried the 27 myself), and is specially designed for GT5 so feels awesome in that - also works with the same games the G25/7 work with.

Only downsides are cheap feeling pedals, atlhough they work well enough, lack of clutch and only a sequential gearstick. But where it counts - the wheel - it's fantastic.

They should of mentioned that to me over the phone as I did mention if there were any restrictions and the sales rep only said that I can buy "1 item" with the voucher, no more.

Great alternative to a straight up offer; anyone else having Visa payment problems though, code issued accepted but payments bounce for no reason!?

Same here - G27 arrived about 15th December, paid £180 including Quidco and they're selling on ebay for £300!

Tempted to sell it and pre-order the new Fanatec wheel for £400 odd...
