All done. Anyone having difficulties getting the deal ask for David , team 7. He just sorted my order out after a lot of "putting on hold." Hopefully it will be smoother for the next customer/s. cheers

I'm not tooo worried (just a bit disappointed with customer service..) -- when I bought the phone I made of point of repeating (twice) what was included and the girl confirmed I was correct (if there is a dispute, the recording of the conversation shud see me safe) :
and I have done a 'print screen' of the webpage which indicates what is included in 'you-fix-10.
My 'free internet' txt ws for 6 months (couldn't be bothered to ring up agn to query why not 12 mnths....) - it will be interesting to see what happens when Heathers' 30 days are up !!!!!!!!!!!!

and as' Mass' says -- its still the best deal (and if the fix10 proves to be wrong for me, I can always upgrade)..
When I went into my local t-mob shop the staff couldn't believe the price I had paid !!

No idea, but I was surprised to even see the option available. When I've … No idea, but I was surprised to even see the option available. When I've been on contract before with O2 it wasn't possible to enable it as it was a chargeable optional extra.

I was quite surprised myself as I was on a contract with orange before and it wasn't enabled. I tried it yesterday and it worked and I didn't see any charges on the account . So I called them up and made them tell me about my plan. They said it would not be possible to go over your plan unless you top up and I asked them what my bill was and they said £10 so everything's exactly the same as before so it looks like they don't charge if they did we wouldn't be able to use it.

    Heather,
I will be moving with you (I never got a reply to my TWO letters of complaint regarding the internet being cut off..).

You have to ring them to cancel (I will also put this in writing), and, as you have said, this would be the time to ask for the PAC code.

Not sure which Company I am moving to tho' !!!!!

£10.70 a week. More when you factor in replacing the front glass at least twice.

Will have resale value (if it doesn't get nicked) though.

Well at least a few people had the courage to post an iphone 5 deal. It was always going to go cold, but thanks anyway.

Just got this deal. £370 for iPhone and £15.50 p/m on a 12 month contract.

As robp1 said above, the plan is UFix, so you have to ask for that. Only available with the 16GB.

I initially asked for David from Team 7, but he's gone home.

    £400 phone
    £10 a month 12 month contract £520 overall.

Cheaper than going pay as you go lol. i live out in the sticks so 4g is no good to me.

he did say the 370 + 15.50 a month deal was only 75 mins and 75 texts 250 mb data and unlimited browsing. whereas the £400 + £10 had 30 mins, unlimited text, 250 mb data and unlimited browsing. so win win

Thanks OP, tazephillips and Bryan839. Just placed an order for the £10 tariff/£400 payment (will cut down existing T-mob SIM if poss. or use for extra mins in another handset). CS rep I spoke to checked first as he said the U-fix prices were to be updated? (Not sure if he was having me on as he also made a point of calculating total cost and commenting how it was cheaper than Apple handset - err never mind that that is unlocked. Yes, yes, I know unlocked doesn't include any mins/data etc., just saying.) He advised the usual up to 30 days delivery but thought it might be a couple of weeks - is this correct? Seems like others have been receiving handsets since Friday (depending on when they ordered of course)?

this is a genuine deal (why so cold!!). I came across this post in an internet search, read thru it, rang t-mobile and ordered phone - all sorted !!

It is exactly as the OP posted. only 16gb available on a 12 month deal (black or white), £399.99 for phone and I went for the 10 a month = £519.99. I'm not too bothered about what mins/texts i get given the phone (unlocked) from apple is £520.......

Call Centre lady said 30 days delivery, but most are being delivered in 7 days

Just a P.S. - the 'unlimited browsing' is actually 250MB........

Does anyone know if the phone comes unlocked?

I was told this will auto sim lock with the first sim card put in (doesn't have to be T-Mobile).

That's why I sold mine and got one direct from Apple. I also needed a 64GB as opposed to 16GB.
