Scan only 1 year warranty, JL is 2, if that means anything to a prospective buyer.

I think this monitor has been discontinued which is why it's appearing on offer more frequently. (edited)

Got mine today, only really plugged it in to make sure it works and had a quick 2 minute game to see how it looks, early impression is quite good.

That's what I'm now waiting for. Drops below 500 I'm there. Burn in isn't really an issue in 2024 though. My LG is years old and fine. Long and you don't play the same thing day in day out

Something to be aware of for console owners from the rtings review:

I'm not a console guy, so can someone tell me why a console owner would buy a 4K monitor and worry about it not being able to output anything less than 4K with the console?

I mean, the graphic shows that both consoles can be used with this monitor at 4K@120hz yes? (edited)

hmm, see i want all this but in a ultrawide @ 1440 - I feel it will be better for me when I need a monitor that sits between work (app dev) and gaming

Would this be any good for design work?

Reviews say out of the box colour accuracy is not amazing but can be adjusted to a good level with some simple calibration.
