Be certain you won't need to cancel, or return your purchase to lenovo unless you don't mind not getting refunded. Still waiting 5 months later for a £116 order I cancelled before despatch. Card company now involved but lenovo still holding out with their script of excuses (some 'technical issues' usually)
This is not an isolated case, just Google 'lenovo refund problems'

    Good luck...

That is insane. All that hassle over that amount of money when they could sort it out in 5 mins.

I bought a Lenova for my daughter a couple of years ago, really good spec, and cheap for the spec.. But she has had nothing but trouble with it, things stopped working randomly.. In the end the hinge (soldered/glued? to the lid) came off.. I've now bought a Dell Latitude, im hoping it will last longer. (from experience they are quite good, I've had a few over the years from work). (edited)

Lenovo are not what they used to be, unfortunately. I hope you have better luck with the Dell.
