    LG's returns policy/system is dreadful.
Unlike most companies these days, they insist on attempting repair over refund or replacement.
The boy currently on second return with this monitor.
Bad enough in the UK, so I'd maybe be a touch cautious via Germany, even with Amazon.

Think that goes with most companies nowadays. I had a Dell laptop for less than 3 months, had a pixel issue.
They wanted to send me out a refurbished unit instead of refunding me or replacement.. They just wouldn't cave and had to settle for a refurb..

Not saying this ain’t a good monitor, using 1 myself.
But I brought mine in July 2022, only £30-£40 more, and think this was released at least a year or 2 before that.

Why isn’t there any newer tech monitors out by now for this price point?

There is… but at much higher price points, take 240hz oled ones for example

Might as well just buy a 240hz 1440p from the UK for the same price
