I use one of these badboys as a wheel stand - it works just fine for £7.99! You need a weight on the other side to balance the weight of the wheel - I just use two Argos catalogues.

I bought when at current price when it was first reduced last year. Brilliant piece of kit but you will need to budget at least another £100 for a wheelstand as you WILL end up buying one :-).

if you reserve online now it seems to be holding the reservation until 28th. If you're intrigued and on the fence, may as well reserve one in your local if possible and see what happens to the price. I just reserved one in Durham. seems all the local ones to me have stock. Newcastle, Kingston park, Sunderland, metro centre and Durham. I'm fairly lucky with stores to try.
