About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
Offer valid until 31st August 2010
This is for the new version of the MiFi router (E585) and is usually £49.99 without any credit.
It is also possible to get £12 cashback (TopCashback and Quidco), making this only £28 (I bought one and it has tracked).
I've checked eBay and unlocked versions of this MiFi are going for around £80 -£90, but a quick surf turned up sites offering unlock codes and software for just over £5 - so I think this is a fantastic offer - so good that I'm sure there must be a catch, but I've not spotted it yet
Stating the obvious, but this is fantastic for anyone with a WiFi only iPad, iPod Touch etc.

sorted byI got mine and unlocked it for free. I would advise not paying anyone for this. It's a relatively simple process and these guys trying to charge for it are just taking advantage and being unhelpful. In fact, if you check the thread below, it seems Zibri's oft-self advertised unlock causes some problems. Fortunately, not everyone is trying to make money from this and and the information is out there if you look:
Start by using the guide on this page:
phoneunlock.com/for…=87
But instead of sending the file to him and paying £15, read the file yourself with a hex editor (http://www.chmaas.handshake.de/delphi/freeware/xvi32/xvi32.htm) and search for the string 'LT P' (without the quotes) to find your unlock code. Then enter it as per the instructions in the link above.

I haven't got mine yet but if it doesn't come with any credit i'm willing to complain and some/any further deals by 3 should be banned from HDUK.
I then asked about the 1gb credit,( I was expecting a response of there is no credit included ,but not so) he said activate the sim by connecting,go to my 3 and check the balance,if there is any problem with the credit not being there to ring them back and they will assist,
He didn't mention anything about any website error or anything, but I think he was aware of the issue as he said,if credit was offered you will certainly get it if you were promised,
We know it was an error so possibly thats why the sims don't have the credit, but by the sounds of it they are going to correct this,so credit where credit is due
I'd think a nice polite phone call to 3 and anyone who's missing their credit should get it
Cheers! Worked a treat! Just saved me $8.99 to that Zibri guy!
where do you get the £5 a month sim for this?

I think when you combine the Mi Fi with a cheap 30 day contract like this one, then this is HOT HOT HOT!
still voted hot and very good price!! even if quidco doesnt come through!
Works a treat.
(I have a contract Mifi with the older device, and it works really well - may recommend this to a friend if the credit doesn't expire. My original Quidco paid out £12.50 no problem - about 2 years ago for 5GB / month @ £7.50 / month).
Oh, and i've never had 3 honour any Quidco cashback.

Free UK mobile Internet on your handset until the 1st of October 2010.
^Does that mean from then they will start charging for it out of bundle from then?
Sounds too good to be true, i cannot get landline internet where live and have to rely on my MiFi for everything (luckly i have 15gb limit (but still not enough)).
The giffgaff website states not for PC use or tethering.
See was too good to be true.
Is there a free way to unlock?
The resaon I ask is I use my boyfriends 3 dongle on board, and it cant hold a signal (even when your not in a tunnel!). Ive used a friends Tmobile one, and it works better., so just wondering if this will effectively be the same and keep dropping signal the whole way there...
They wouldn't have heard of Quidco, they are simply a subscriber to 3's affiliate program. If you have an issue with receiving cashback raise a ticket with Quidco.
Not free but about 6 quid - zibri.org/201…tml
Does this work? and will it then after its unlocked work with any sim anywhere in the world?
Just had £12 track
Worked fine for me, took seconds to unlock now using a Voda Top-up & Go sim with no expiry...
